Peter’s Gate Pesto

1 cup Sacred Basil leaves
Olive Oil
2 tbs. Pecan Nuts
2 cloves peeled garlic
2 rounds of Feta
Salt and Freshly ground Black Pepper
Squeeze of Lemon

Liquidise all ingredients together slowly adding olive oil to a suitable consistency
Serve hot or cold over Spaghetti, with baked potatoes or toast
